The Lace Project – Beautiful, Stackable Bracelets!

Get ready for a semi-lengthy post of my first The Lace Project bracelet review, or simply scroll down and just look at the images!

Backstory / Slight Intro

I’ve probably complained multiple times about how my wrists are tiny, such as in my Apple Watch purchase post, and have been randomly looking for bracelets that fit. Another thing is that I absolutely adore crystals. They’re so beautiful as decoration, but most are just too expensive! There was a time in the 90s and 00s where those beaded bracelets, such as tiger eye, were rather popular and drug stores sold them. The bracelets were supposed to mean something, but I wore them because I liked how they looked. The Lace Project bracelets are many steps up from those simply beaded bracelets. Just look at the headline photo – beaded bracelets, but it has upgrades to them, such as charms, chains, and more.

How I Heard About The Lace Project

I’ve been to a couple rock/spiritual shops, and they have some stretchy rock/stone bracelets. I bought a few, but I was hesitant of how the did or did not go together well. Something was missing. I suddenly searched around online and came across so many similar bracelet stores and then got countless ads re spiritual bracelets. The Lace Project came up during a search and I was intrigued by their bracelet designs. I held off for a bit and looked at some cheaper options, but my mind kept going back to The Lace Project. Other sites advertised a bit too much on how certain stones will bring you X luck, X success, X less anxiety, etc… so much that it seemed so false. The Lace Project briefly touches on that, but not in an in-your-face way and it focuses more on the style, which I adore.

Gimme the Coupon

I don’t like buying items at full price unless I really have to or if I’m buying something for someone else. The Lace Project offered a 10% coupon on their signature lace bracelets. There were a few bracelets that I loved, but they were not part of their signature lace collection. It took me a while to figure that out. I wanted to use the 10% coupon so I ordered their Quartz 2.0 bracelet from their site. Ordering was a breeze, but yet again online shopping is just so easy (and dangerous) these days.

Checkout Process/Sizing/Packaging

The checkout process was straight forward. They mentioned bracelets are the standard size and that their  standard size Lace fits a wrist that tightly measures 5.5″ to 6″ and I wasn’t sure if that would fit my wrists well because my wrist measures 5 inches. I put that in the comments, but either they thought the standard size would fit or they completely ignored my comments because the bracelets felt like standard size on me (a bit larger than I’d like). My bracelet shipped the next business day and it arrived in a silvery bubbled enveloped. The bracelet came inside a box and wrapped in tissue paper. Pretty nice.

Why I Chose Quartz 2.0

First of all, it was eligible for the 10% discount. LOL… you knew that from above though. A lot of their bracelets have a small coin decoration and the image of those are really beautiful, but not the style I was looking for. Quartz 2.0 had colors I liked and it didn’t have the coin charm/decoration. It had a clear quartz charm that I thought was so beautiful and I just love clear quartz in many cuts. The Lace Project’s description to this Quartz 2.0 bracelet is – This set features a clear quartz tooth charm, also known as the “master healer” and is the most powerful among all crystals! Glossy black onyx, white turquoise and oatmeal magnesite beads paired with brass and gold filled chain detail. Including gold filled disks and our signature Fringe bracelet.

Wear Them Together or Separate

These handmade in the USA bracelets are adorable! They look so good in its curated set, and they’re pretty separately too. Above shows the set separated. This set gives me a good idea of their other bracelets too, such as how big are the beads, the chain lengths, and more. See below images for closer-ups of the bracelets indicidually.

The Fit and How They Feel

There’s a good stretch to these bracelets. They fit through my hands easily, but the overall fit is a bit loose, but that’s because my wrists are rather small. Each bead and component to each bracelet seem very well made and feel really nice and consistent. I’m amazed by how well they all go so well together, and it gives me the option to mix and match.

On My Arm

Above image shows all 4 bracelets on my right arm, slid down the arm. These are so pretty on and off the arm! I still need to play around with wearing all 4 compared to mixing and matching these. The below 2 images show them a bit more relaxed. Bracelets with the chains seem to work better as the middle bracelets, otherwise the chains look longer and doesn’t really incorporate themselves within the rest of the stack as well. It’s all still cute that way though.

Final Thoughts

I hope you enjoyed this The Lace Project bracelet review post, or just the images alone. The bracelets are a bit pricey, but the quality and design are amazing. I really dislike how obsessed I am already with these bracelets and I really want more! Perhaps in a couple more paydays or something… but overall, I’m happy with this purchase. I just wished they’d acknowledge my checkout comment re my wrist size. I’m unsure what happened there – whether it was ignored or they thought their standard size would fit a 5″ wrist very well. I’ll definitely mention that during my next purchase. Hopefully the ones I want will still be available by then!
