My Anthropologie Haul This Month – Selected Items to Fit Petite Me

Ugh, I go through phases where I spend more than I should at Anthropologie, and this month was one of them. I did a mini Anthropologie haul this month, and it would be a lot bigger if the sale items were in my size! Thankfully most items I wanted did not fit me, but yet again, aw man!!

Here’s my Mini Anthropologie Haul this Month –

Peter Som Skirt. I actually got this in person in San Francisco before meeting a friend for a wonderful dinner. They had 1 available in the sale section and I was totally drawn to the colors. Low review online because it fits too small, which works out for me because I "don't have" hips! I haven't had a chance to wear it, but the sale and the colors caught my eye and I couldn't pass it up! Ugh, what a weakness of mine.
Colorful patchwork shorts! I mostly wear denim-based shorts and I have a pair of an African brand shorts from Anthropologie many years ago that's slightly colorful. This would be my most colorful pair of shorts and isn't denim! Looks pretty nice and I would wear this with a black top or something. The quality is OK... the button isn't as on as well as I'd like so hopefully it doesn't fall off within the first few wears. Wished I saw this in person before buying online!
Farm Rio shorts! The pattern looked so happy and it was on sale, so I added it to cart and checked out. This was my latest Anthropologie purchase this month. The material is a bit thin, but it feels alright. The design is pretty nice. I love buying shorts when they're discounted after the prime of summer!

Common Theme with this Mini Anthropologie Haul

I’m super attracted to the colors! I saw some pieces in their catalogue closer to summer’s beginning, but the full price threw me off. Some items go on sale months afterwards, and I try to get them in my size when available on sale. Anthropologie introduced me to a couple new brands – Peter Som and Farm Rio. Their designs are so amazing and I love their prints. Eri + Ali (or the other way around, or not at all??) has been around Anthropologie for a while and I had a couple tops from that brand a few years ago. I heard about Corey Lynn Calter a handful of years ago from Anthropologie. They made such nice colorful dresses, and am glad they’re still making nice colorful clothing.

Petite Clothing

I love Anthropologie’s petite clothing section. Not all stores has petite available, but some people do returns and some magically appear. Their online section is better for petite clothing, but some sizes tend to sell out so fast and never make it to sale. Ugh… there were so many dresses I loved, but couldn’t get the sizes I wanted. It’s alright though… Anthropologie can get super pricey, so less petite clothing available to me means less on my credit cards.
