Fitness Journal – Day 29 of 90 (Journal Ruined!)

Wow, it’s already March! We start week 5 of this self awareness journey this week, and it’s been a rather rocky start today, but on the plus side, day 29 of 90!!

Morning – So Busy!

I knew I had a lot going on today, so I was working since early this morning. So much work! I just had some coffee with flavored creamer and a string cheese this morning, and just plugged along. 

Lunch Time

We originally planned to get some BBQ for lunch today, but it turns out they are closed on Monday. Instead, we got Chipotle since they were open before the kids started their lunch hour. I’m not much of a fan of the 11:30AM lunch, and rather prefer the 12PM start time instead. Chipotle really delivered on the extra cheese today! So much cheese. Awesomeness.

Today’s Workouts –

I got today’s workouts done in several parts today, a bit later in the day than preferred. The important part is that I got them done! – 

  • 21 Minute Cardio Burn N’ Tone Workout – a 7 minute sequence repeated 3 times for a total of 21 minutes. Wasn’t bad, and it didn’t feel that it dragged on. Perhaps because I did the sequences in parts and not all at once. 
  • 10 Minute Anti-Bloating Cardio – I think this video was on last month’s calendar too. A simple video that was also enjoyable.
  • 1000 Abs – Day 1 – Cassey’s 1000 abs challenge is the first 10 days of the March calendar. Today’s part of the challenge was doing 100 crunches. Not sure if I went up high enough since I didn’t have weights holding my legs down.

Dinner Time

Work, phone calls, more work. Then finally dinner time. I was snacking on some sweets before and after dinner. Ugh, was doing so well before too! Dinner consisted of creamed spinach curry and chicken, with some naan from TJ’s. Good stuff. 

Today’s Overview

Today was really busy! An unfortunate thing happened after dinner tonight – a glass of water spilled all over my 90 day journey journal! I felt soooo sad, as if a lot of work put in has just disappeared or something. The whole journal just doesn’t feel the same anymore, and you know how I am with how things feel. Ugh… I know it isn’t that big of a deal, and it felt much bigger than it actually was. A fewer number of Calories at 1,634 today so far, but I am bloated AF. Was it from all the extra cheese? Worth it though.
