Fitness Journal – Day 52 of 90 (Energy is Drained!)

It’s day 52 of 90 of this 90 day journal journey thingy, and my energy is drained today! I was alright in the morning, but then the cramps kicked in during the afternoon. 

Morning

I kept waking up at random times in the middle of the night, either from discomfort, needing to pee, or a pup got in the way. So annoying. I finally got out of bed and had some coffee and a TJ’s philly cheesesteak bun for breakfast. Work was crazy busy early on as expected.

Lunch and Boba

It’s Wednesday, so it’s a school drop off day. The husband picked up some burritos, chips, tacos, etc. for lunch. My day was really busy and cramps were kicking in, so I ordered boba online and the husband picked it up. It was nearby the burrito/taco place. So good. Lunch was delicious. 

Today’s Workouts

Blogilates’ workout calendar has Wednesdays as Cardio days. It’s usually cardio mixed, and today it seems it was mostly mixed with abs/core. Todays videos were – 

  • Fat Burning Cardio – a 6 minute workout doing various cardio moves. Not bad.
  • Flat Belly Fat Burner – some moves standing up and some moves down on the mat. It was under 10 minutes I think.
  • 5 Best Exercises to Flatten Your Lower Belly – another under 10 minute video. Typical lower abs video consisting of double leg lifts and such. 
  • Lower Belly Flattener – very similar to the above video.
  • Pop Pilates Muffintop Massacre – around a 15 minute video focusing more on the obliques. The last moves were a bit difficult for me as my energy was really draining by then. Darn period pains!

Dinner and Snacks

More chocolate today… Dinner was our last Hello Fresh meal this week – a Shawarma-Spiced Chicken
with Persian Salad, Rice & Creamy Dill Sauce. It was alright, but not enough to fill me up. I ended up eating some chips and guac and had a boba ice cream bar after I took a photo of my journal page tonight! Whoops. 

Rambles

It’s been over a year of mostly wearing just PJ stuff or leggings. I love looking at various clothing and accessories online to shop, but then it just sits in my too-small closet or somewhere else as a decoration… ugh, eye candy. I should wear my “normal” clothing again, but I’m just way too comfortable in leggings, PJ pants, tank tops, and hoodies.

Today’s Overview

What a heavy and draining day… there’s been quite a bit that is unrecorded above, such as hot cheeto popcorn, part of boba ice cream bar, and guac with chips. I did consume more water today than usual, so that’s a plus! I’m thinking about what I’d like for lunch tomorrow. Perhaps I can put in a request before the husband starts cooking various frozen foods that we have.
