Fitness Journal – Day 80 of 90 (Trying for More Fiber)

Wow, it’s already day 80 of 90 of this 90 day journal journey! Today was busy work-wise, and I got a migraine, but otherwise it was alright.

Morning

Typical morning this week. Work started earlier today, which was expected because it’s Wednesday. I had a morning zoom, and it was definitely one of those things that could have been summarized in an email

Today’s Workouts

Cardio Wednesday! All the videos today were somewhat similar, very HIIT focused.  That got me sweating and tired! The videos were – 

  • Total Body Slim Down – a 7-ish minute workout HIIT style. 
  • 5 Minute Fat Attack – another short HIIT video.
  • Fat Burning Cardio – again, another short-ish video (sub 10 mins workout) that’s also in the HIIT realm.
  • Heart on Fire – one of Cassey’s older videos, but also similar to the above.
  • HIIT My Abs Hard – similar to the above videos, with some abs components put in. Another sub-10 minute video.

Meals Today

I tried to go for more fiber today cause being blocked up is just no fun. Had a chicken for lunch and dinner. Brown rice, hummus, veggies, bars, eggs, etc. Avocado, guac, and then some more guac. 

Other Stuff

Everything today was rather uneventful. I didn’t step out of the house again today because it was that busy. There was a time when I was about to join in on a dog walk, but more work stuff came in. The kids and I watched more Cutthroat Kitchen during dinner and a bit afterwards. 

Today’s Overview

Ugh, headaches all week. It’s pre-period, so hopefully that will go away soon, but then I might still get those milder headaches. It’s just a few more days from vaccine day part 2. I placed an ordered for a Pistachio Raspberry cake from the usual bakery for that day and I hope I’ll feel well enough to dig into that Saturday evening!
