Tatcha Lucky Bag – 2022 Review!
My skincare routine hasn’t been consistent, but it semi-started when I bought some essence. I’m still using SK-II’s essence and samples received, but once I saw an ad for Tatcha’s lucky bags ($100 worth of surprise stuff with $100+ purchase), I knew I had to jump in! I actually heard of Tatcha’s lucky bags when I was living in the East Coast several years ago, and it was really neat! Somehow the thought came to mind last year, but I was too late to get one.
Tatcha Lucky Bag Concept
The lucky bag event occurs around New Year. Tatcha does a good job explaining the concept behind their lucky bags.
2022 – SURPRISE22 promo code while supplies last. Buy $200 of stuff and get a surprise bag of $200 worth of their items. Buy $100 of stuff and get a surprise bag of $100 worth of their items. It seemed that they ran out of $200 bag after a day, so then any purchase over $100 would result in the $100 bag, even if over $200 was spent.

Overall Tatcha and Tatcha Lucky Bag Review
Definitely my favorite time to buy Tatcha. Their packaging is really neat, especially with their lip products. Big fan. I’ve used their lotion, cleansing face wash, lip balm, and toner, and they all work on my skin nicely! Since a good chunk ($ wise) was for my mom, I hope she is enjoying what I gave her as well. Yes, I bought more (and in separate orders) to get the lucky bags. They are packaged so beautifully, and they each have a barcode so I’m pretty sure all the $200 bags are the same and all the $100 bags are the same. I love this concept and there’s a great chance I’d buy again next year if I don’t miss out.
$200 Bag or $100 Bag?
I personally prefer the $100 bag over the $200 bag. That is because the $200 bag contained more focus on primer, aka their silk canvas to put on as primer before putting on make-up. I don’t really wear any make-up, so it isn’t much use for me. Maybe I’ll give it to a family member or a co-worker, or try it out myself sometime. The $100 bag has more items to try, but the items were smaller. Most items would be items I’d use or readily try though, so I think the $100 bag this year was better than the $200 bag based off of personal usage.
