My Vanderpump a Paris Experience – Beautiful Interior and Delicious Food!

Another restaurant I enjoyed during my recent Vegas trip! I’ve dined at the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden Garden at the Caesar’s Palace a handful of years ago, and that was a great experience. My gin garden drink was yummy, the interior was beautiful, and the food did not disappoint. When I heard there was another Vanderpump spot opening at the Paris Hotel in Vegas, I knew I had to try!

This new Vanderpump restaurant in Vegas is called Vanderpump a Paris. The 3 of us really enjoyed the atmosphere and decor – very on point. A modern yet vintage Parisan look, decked with some puppy/poodle decor as well. I loved the tables, chairs, sofas, plants, etc. Super nice.

Dining Style

Family style for the most part! We ordered items that we all shared. Very similar to Vanderpump’s other spot where most plates are small plates and are meant to be shared.

Now, enjoy photos of my Vanderpump a Paris review and experience!

The French Poodle (gunpowder Irish gin, ginger liqueur. blackberry, rhubarb, lime, aquafaba, cupcake cotton candy, edible gold flakes) and the Vanderpump Vesper (Tanqueray sevilla orange gin, vanderpump vodka lillet blanc, lemon). OMG I'm obsessed with the French Poodle drink! SO BEAUTIFUL and pretty tasty too. Only downside was that it got very sticky because of the cotton candy. Good stuff though.
Truffles - Triple Creme Brie, black summer truffles, truffle honey, pink peppercorns. Great recommendation. All that stuff on cut pieces of baguette. Great cheese and truffles. Tasty. We all enjoyed this!
Crab Croquettes - citrus tartar sauce, crispy capers. A friend that doesn't like crab really liked these croquettes! I thought these were alright, much better with the sauce to give them a bit more flavor and texture.
Boeuf - caramelized onion, gruyere, dijon, tomato confit, warm puff pastry - Mini slider wellingtons! This is so amazing. Instead of a slider/burger bun, the slider is with puff pastry instead! I like this so much more because burger buns are too plain for me, but puff pastry is good enough to eat it all. Flavorful, just wished the meat was much better quality than a burger meat because everything else around it was so divine. Actual tender piece of steak with the toppings and puff pastry (well, I suppose an actual beef wellington) is more of my style, but would get this again. They also have a chicken variation and an impossible meat variation of this as well. Love the details with the V.
Dauphinoise Bites - 30 layer Dauphinoise potatoes and gruyere. OK, something as simple as potatoes... this was one of my favorite things we tried here! Each piece with all those layers. Came with a side of sauces too. Texture and everything about these potatoes were amazing. They also have a variation of this with caviar on top - an appetizer called Caviar Bites. Our server recommended the potatoes and not the caviar ones, so we really respected that!
Their espresso martini! I think they call it their Cafe & Beignet, with vanderpump vodka, espresso, kahlua, chocolate bitters, and a beignet. Really good, each component separate. It gets a bit too sweet after dropping those toppings in there. One of our fave espresso martinis.

Vanderpump a Paris Review / Final Thoughts

100% want to try more of the food and drinks here! My friends really liked it here too as they said it was their top food spot that night (before they tried Bazaar Steaks and Nobu) lol. Our server, Jennifer, was AMAZING. She recommended items based on what she really enjoyed, got the vibe that she recommended to us what she’d recommend to her friends. Great banter between all of us and her. Everything she recommended was great and she helped us choose between items when we had questions as well. Definitely will come back here despite the prices and whatnot. The food, service, atmosphere, etc., were so great. Definitely made my night after working too much on vacation!
