Fitness Journal – Day 65 of 90 (Busy Work Day & More Candy)

It’s day 65 of 90 of this 90 day journal journey! So busy with work all day today that I didn’t take any food photos today.

Morning

Coffee, various TJ’s stuff, work.

Lunch

Bagel bites, TJ’s dumplings, broccoli, tater tots. Work.

Today’s Workouts

So awesome that today’s videos were all short. Some seemed longer based on length, but there was so much filler in those, so the actual focus workout portion was short – 

  • Train Insane HIIT Workout – similar to the other cardio workouts, with plank jacks, burpees, etc. Not bad.
  • 6 Min to a Sexy Booty – typical booty workout, pretty good.
  • 5 Underbutt Isolation Exercises – OK workout except the parts lying on the stomach. Makes me feel like I gotta pee all the time and hurts my pelvic front area. 
  • Lift Your Booty Workout – another short typical butt workout.
  • Lower Abs & Booty Blast – double / single leg lift variations and bridging exercises. 

Dinner

More beef tacos, pita chips, and guac. Good stuff.

Today’s Overview

Those kitkats, 3 musketeers, and twix bars are so dangerous! I kept snacking on those during work today. Quite a bit of work was done today, and tomorrow will be another busy day. Sugars really got to me today. I took a quick shower break in the early evening and watched some more Tournament of Champions during dinner.
